How can i become

Step 1 - Application

Whether in response to a job advertisement or on your own initiative, we read every one of your applications. Tell us how you can change the future of the networked working world. Regardless of your skills, you will always receive feedback from us.

Step 2 - Interview

Together with an expert from your future field, we will find out whether we are a good fit both personally and technically. Usually in one and sometimes in two interviews. In addition to our questions about your experience and technical skills, the interview gives you the opportunity to find out everything you need to know about your future position to decide whether it’s the right fit for you. Of course, the interviews take place digitally at the pioneer of the networked working world.

Step 3 - Decision

After the interview, we will let you know our decision within two weeks, regardless of the outcome of the interview. In many cases, we can then welcome you as a new member of our team!
