 New social intranet – KVNO Inside 

The North Rhine Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV) provides outpatient medical and psychotherapeutic care for around 9.5 million residents in North Rhine. It goes without saying that data protection and information security have the highest priority in this environment. This made it all the more challenging for KV Nordrhein to renew its outdated intranet system. The old system was technically and graphically outdated and no longer met the requirements for modern and efficient internal communication for a network with around 19,500 members and a team of around 1,000 employees.

NEOCOSMO developed “KVNO Inside” on the basis of PIIPE Workplace. Built on a cloud server and protected by VPN access, Inside offers a digital environment with the highest security standards for sensitive data. At the same time, KNVNO Inside expands the options available to employees and offers

• Accessibility and organization: An employee directory with integrated organization chart facilitates access to contact persons. Faceted search and an internal job market optimize information procurement.
• Direct access to important information: Menus and a comprehensive document directory for quality management can be called up directly and automatically from the connected systems.
